Well, I must say, I just got cable again, after being without it for a couple months. Man, is it great to have back.
Dowloaded Photoshop 7, a 200,000 kb file at 190 kb per second. Done in ten to fifteen minutes. Measuring it with the above website I gave, I'm cruising a little faster than T1.
