They have very good prices there, with the GeForce 4 Ti4200 being the best for the value, GeForce4 Ti4600 being the best of the GeForce 4's, and Radeon 9700's being the very very best over anything else. And the prices jump accordingly for each card.
For the GeForce 4's, a bunch of companies make them, but I think generally they are all the same power-wise, just that some may come with different options and software.
