I think it would be moderately funny if you dressed up like Osama Bin Laden, but did it in a way that you were making fun of him. (and definantly not praising him, you'd get your ass kicked by everyone that way)
For example, you could build this miniature cave thing outside your house and pass out candy to the little tots, then say some stupid Anti-America comment and then run back into your cave and hide there for hours/days/months at a time.
Or better yet, you could get your buddies to dress up as U.S Marines and have them chase you around the neighborhood all night, just be sure to have a "scared ****less" look on your face.
