Yes, that's what I thought first. But if you look real good, you can see that the white "hair" is a bandana. But the white hair for the guy on the roof is really hair. It's just my guess. But I hope a KH sequel comes out.

That doesn't loook like a bandana to me... They both have white-silver-gray hair.... like Riku and Ansem.
