It better... After seeing that movie

I remember there was a movie of RE1 where it made the enviornments look 3D because the camera moved, but it was just like a little tour of the house kinda thing, not actual game footage... if they did some crap where they make up a piece of the game to make it look all 3D with a moving camera, then the final game has pre-rendered backgrounds, I'm'a be mad >_<

Well maybe not but still, I'd like a moving camera this time, and if you get graphics like that with a moving camera, I don't think anyone's gonna complain

IGN have gone on the record and said that the camera is a moving one. Not only that, but the game looks absolutely stunning. :eek: (So does PN03

I just hope RE 4 plays nearly as good as it looks

It'll probably play just like past RE games

I hope they add some new stuff though... I mean with the enviornments being 3D, they gotta be able to add some new gameplay elements or something (I know RE:CV was 3D and they didn't add anything, but still)... or maybe that virus Leon has will effect the gameplay somehow (You said it was a possibile spoiler in your one post, but I don't really think it is if we know about it already

And I hope they vary the endings more... and get rid of the damn triggering system/self destruct system/whatever else will make a huge explosion and gets rid of the entire area you just played through... that's how every single RE game has ended... and maybe there could be more varied endings... varied between good and bad... Like Silent Hill endings

Yep... I dunno why I bother making long posts about RE, it seems like nobody here (except maybe Gekko sometimes) wants to talk about RE games besides their pretty graphics...

But here it's true... because it seems like me and Gekko were the only ones who started topics about the RE remake that didn't have to do with new screenshots or movies, and barely anybody else posted much stuff... *shrugs*

well theres not much to talk about when it comes to RE gameplay. perhaps when RE first debuted then you could talk about its new revolutionary survival/horror gameplay, but now we all know wut the gameplay is like, and we can only assume that it will be relatively the same thing for the next titles in the series.

so essentially, when a new RE game comes out (unless its something like RE survivor), theres really not a whole lot to talk about besides looks.

Yeah cuz y'know, you couldn't talk about what you wish would happen in the game (storyline-wise), any kinds of extras or other characters you'd like to see make a comback, any kinds of gameplay additions you think would be neat, or any other neat things about the game... There's more to talk about in games than just gameplay (which in RE is always the same) and graphics (which in the more recent RE games are always very good)

Well, since DMC really started out as RE 4, I would say they were planning for the game to be a bit faster, and more action packed...
I'm waiting for more video footage.
