Although I think Metroids controls are good enough, after taking a short break from Metroid (after beating it 100%) to play some Medal of Honor, then going back to Metroid (to beat it 100% on hard mode just for the hell of it
), I realized that I like MoH's control scheme 10 times better than metroid's...
As for listing what games I think were better, I really suck at ranking certain games above others... Even if it's in my own opinion, I don't really fully form an opinion on which of the BEST games is truly THE BEST... heh... I just think Metroid is overrated, just like ED... Still a great game, but I think the reason NGC fans were so overly pleased with ED and Metroid is because they were like "Oh my god a good game! :o" and had something worth spending their money on after a long drought
