I guess they are hoping for rated "K" internet access in public libraries.

That's just stupid, I mean what if little Jonny wanted to do some research on some biology related topics.

I've been to my library quite a few times in the past. And there are a good amount of people who do. (I'm not one of them. I have better things to be doing)
