RIAA cracking down on file swappers

I was downloading a song on kazaa light and then i tried to play it and all of a sudden i window popped up saying some bullsisht like... You have been caught for downloading and distributing pirated software blah blah blah... now whenever i try to download a song about 30 seocnds in it will go to this really loud annoying noise

anyway i can get rid of this
