Well keep in mind, the only reason bathrooms are divided by gender is to prevent people from being uncomfortable. Of course, that's assuming people are straight.

Now when they're gay, technically guys changing in front of guys would pose a problem, and vice versa.

true...but they still have to divide girls and boys....because the school includes bis as well....so they can't have boys goin for some girls at the same time

This is a bad idea.

You didn't get the full article from the NY Post, which I thought was a better read as it had some humorous but true quotes in it.

I mean really what is next? We start a school for obese kids so other students won't make fun of them? I mean if they can have special education programs inside of a pre-existing school, why not this?

And to be honest, where the hell does the city get money to waste on this? In the last few months, property tax, sale tax, transportion and so much other crap has risen due to our debt, and we got money to waste on this crap?

There are tons of schools that are overcrowded or well just bad, but they do nothing about it.

Well you can't divide, even excluding bisexuals. If a guy couldn't be with another guy, he would need to be with all girls. Ok, so send him to the girls bathroom. Now we still face the girl/girl problem. Mixing everyone together doesn't work either.

It's impossible, without pairing up guy/girl and having a ton of bathrooms.

Still getting picked on in school I see..

The problem is, you can shelter them as much as you want, but it really doesn't help anyone and makes them EVEN bigger targets.

I mean if all the gay students are in one school, where do you go to beat up the gay students? That one school.

And like I stated before we are going to have to start many schools to match this.

-School for fat kids
-School for kids with glasses
-School for geeks/nerds, whatever else
-School for white folks
-School for black folks
-School for Hispanics
-School for Asians
-School for short folks

And I again bring up the fact, this city doesn't have money to spare.

Yeah, i really dont know how they will fix that.

Also, did anyone think about the teachers? Will they be gay also, or are they going to employ straight teachers?

I think this is a stupid ludicrous idea. The fact that they are planning on using our money to build a school based on what certain people are turned on by is wrong.

i think its a waste of money, and they should just let them live their lives out around every other student, it just might be healthier for them, making a seperate school means seperate social fundings and other money sucking things, i dont think they should single them out and make them a special school.. what about mexicans and blacks, should they get there own school just for being different, but then wouldnt that be called discrimination and prejudice?? what is the U.S. coming to these days......
