O, I just got a E-mail from them with soem updates.
They are so helpful they answered all my questions heer's what they said:
-How bright is it?
"Pretty bright, you have to see it to believe it!

-Will this waste my batteries any faster?
"You'll get about 10 hours out of one good pair of batteries"
-Will it come to any stores?
"Stores like best buy and radio shack maybe, but probably not, your best bet is to order it
