FSODs are nothing.. you shouldn't be carrying much anyways.... but don't worry about corruptions. There's a trick to fix them now.
What's the trick? I haven't kept up with news lately about PSO...And I don't carry much on me, except the standard mates/fluids and Amplifier of Resta (which I can store since its of no use except when I'm playing with other people).
