This is so stupid! I just read over what I said. Please folks, don't post on the internet when you've gotten 5 hours of sleep and have been woken up by a random phone call and can't get back to sleep. How embarrassing. -_-

I have however taken Angrist's advice and PM'ed BaB in an attempt to straighten out whatever's going on there between us, so hopefully when I come back from work in a couple of hours I'll be able to straighten that out.
