Well...Final Fantasy 7 through 10 would ahve pretty sweet cutscene movies.

But the cutscenes are hard to get and damn near impossible to find on file sharing programs.

Yeah, there's FMVs in 7, 8, and 9 as well, but they don't really flesh out the story. Their purpose is mainly to highlight various action sequences, and except for a few rare occassions, there was no dialogue at all in them. That's why FFX (and X-2 as well, if you want) would really be the only one that could go through this process properly. In fact, I'm almost positive that someone posted a video on the internet somewhere with all the cutscenes and FMVs from FFX edited together. Aside from some weird transitions, it was pretty much the whole story and worked out well. Try googling it.

Well, I wasn't in it for the nice visuals, just for the story, no matter if it was text or video. And some battles could be included... just not the repetitive random ones.

But I'll search for the X one.
